Helen Lee Dellheim, Esq.
Helen Lee Dellheim‘s singular mission is to help investors and owners of commercial real estate, throughout North America, and foreign investors worldwide in the acquisition and disposition of real property assets. By also capitalizing on her cumulative 20+ years combined expertise in estate and wealth planning the estates of clients, commercial litigation in the New York City civil courts, & immigration law experience, Helen helps clients succeed in reaching generational growth goals with the use of 1031 exchange laws and EB5 projects. Her prior experience re-developing mixed use properties in New York City gives her a keen eye toward identifying investment opportunities for her clients.
Helen received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and clerked for the U.S. District Court, with the Honorable Vanzetta McPherson. She was the past president of the Woodlawn-Westview Rotary Club and lives by the four way test of every Rotarian. Helen graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Journalism.

Kathy Priller provides the highest level of relationship and customer services to Win clients. Leveraging the knowledge she gained after successfully attaining her Series 7 license and her keen attention to detail, she assists Win team members and clients with this invaluable background to complete commercial real estate transactions and reach articulable and measurable goals. Kathy brings to Win this level of expertise from editing and proofing medical and science journals published by Cenveo Publisher Services as well as Wolters Kluwer Health. Combining this background with the marketing and customer service she attained from her past position at Legg Mason gives Win and Win’s clients a decided advantage in reaching their long term wealth goals.

Ronnie Gathers joined Win Commercial after serving as the Director for Parks and Recreation of Prince Georges county. With his wealth of knowledge and experience in land use, leadership and management, he is able to assist Win clients with their acquisitions. Ronnie has purchased and leased many commercial properties and developed numerous recreational projects in his professional and personal realms. He graduated with a BS Degree from South Carolina State University and holds a MA Degree from Bowie State University. Ronnie is also a graduate of Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government Executive Program for State and Local Officials. In addition to his academic achievements, Ronnie is also a certified Professional Coach and a member of Leadership Greater Washington.

Rashaan “Ra” Brave brings his zeal for real estate to our team after nearly two decades of intensive experience in institutional facilities and venue management. This management experience, coupled with his expertise in redevelopment of Baltimore City’s Recreation and Parks’ properties, brings to Win a specialized working knowledge of development, supervision and successful deployment of large scale sport facilities projects working with private and public partners. Ra’s expertise provides our clients with development visions to meet tight deadlines and understand the nuances of working with municipal governments. Ra has his Master of Science from Delaware State University in Sports Administration as well has his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Delaware State University
Luke Irvin brings his wealth of knowledge in Property Management services for clients in the DC metro area. His additional experience in the Financial Services and IT based companies provides him with the insight to assist clients in many business sectors. With his Psychology degree from George Washington University, he brings to Win Commercial a client focused approach to help them close real estate transactions.
